Tickets
Tickets in the new ticket list are now automatically filtered according to the user's sales area. They are also filtered according to the rights "only own tickets" and "only own branch." These rights-based filters are not displayed and cannot be disabled.
Fixed bugs
General
When clicking on "Sign in to Microsoft," the error "404 - File or directory not found" could occur. This has been fixed. Now the correct login address is called up.
Tickets
All combinations of global and customer-specific remote items are now correctly preselected in the ticket time in the ServiceBoard (nexus). If the "Demand" option is active in the c-entron settings (under Global Settings -> Ticket -> Helpdesk -> Time Recording) in the "Calculation" area, this is interpreted as activation.
