Fixed bugs

General

  • When the web service is started, it first checks whether the web service version used is licensed for the customer. Only after the license check has been successfully completed is the database connection established and the scripts updated.

ServiceBoard, ServiceBoard (nexus)

  • In isolated cases, ticket times recorded via the Service Board Online (SBO) could be entered twice in the Outlook calendar. This problem has been fixed.

  • Starting with WebService version v2.0.2501.35, a feature has been implemented that automatically pre-fills the corresponding contract in the ticket in ServiceBoard (Nexus) for customers with a framework agreement.
