WebService - Release v2.0.2506.141 - English

The release can be downloaded from our c-ftp or downloaded via River.

The following adjustments were made in this version:

New

General Web Service

  • Failed logins are now recorded at log level "WARN." To be able to track all login attempts—including successful logins—the log level must be changed to "INFO."

Fixed bugs

Database

  • When accessing the documents, an SQL error occurred due to recursion in the case of an incorrect database structure—this problem has been fixed.

Exchange Connector

  • During calendar synchronization, an "Invalid DateTime Conversion" error could occur when a date prior to 1900 was detected—for example, the year 1604, which is well outside the valid range. To avoid such problems, we have now restricted calendar entries to a minimum date of January 1, 1900.

ServiceBoard (Next)

  • A bug has been fixed where the LunchTime field in the hlpdsk_timer table was filled differently depending on the application, which led to discrepancies in evaluations. For consistency, a default value is now automatically set when saving a ticket if no LunchTime value is available. In addition, a regular background check ensures that missing (NULL) entries in the field are also filled with 0.

Tickets

  • The filter function for categories in the ticket list in ServieBoard (Nexus) has been corrected. Main and subcategories were previously displayed unsorted in a common list; now they are displayed in a structured manner and in the correct order (according to the numbering in c-entron settings).

  • The WebService method has been adapted to transfer the status stored in c-entron under "Global Settings → Ticket → Helpdesk → Status for 'Change status automatically'". The ServiceBoard (Nexus) has been expanded accordingly to process this status correctly.

Website

  • New email templates under "Sign" and "Web offer" now ensure that even when accepting web offers without a signature requirement and/or without service items, a notification email is automatically sent to employees.
