AI-supported wording for professional email communication available

(Available from release v1.0.2505.x)

Texts can now be specifically revised for use in professional emails. With the help of the available AI license, content can be adapted so that it is linguistically stylistically confident and formulated in accordance with the desired tone—ideal for external communication.


Here's how you can use AI-powered wording:

1. Prepare email or content

Select the text you want to edit.

2. Open the editing options

Click on the AI icon (robot).
NOTE: This is only available if you have an AI license.

3. Click on "Edit content."

Now select the menu item "Edit content"to release the current text for editing with AI.

4. Select the rephrasing

In the next step, click on the rephrasing of your choice, for example "Rephrasing to a polite and courteous tone".
The AI now analyzes your text and converts it into a style suitable for professional communication.

5. Accept suggestion

As soon as the suggestion appears, click on "Apply"to insert the revised version into your text field. Click "Apply."

6. Send email

Finally, click on "Send"to send your professionally worded message as usual.

This feature is particularly useful for emails to customers, partners, or external contacts—you save time and can be sure that your tone always comes across as respectful and professional.
