1. Step

Open the project price import module in c-entron.NET.

2. Step

Then select the project price from the project price table or create a new project price using the [New project price] button.

3. Step

After selecting a project price, we come to the interface.

This defines which data should be read from the subsequent file. You can also save this interface as a template so that you don't have to rewrite it every time.

To do this, click on [Interface], where you can then create a new interface (the bottom three pieces of information are optional).

4. Step

Now you can open the supplier file via [Open File] or add it to the file using drag & drop.

Start and end lines should match the Excel file. The interface offers you a selection directly in the file using the arrow

5. Step

Now you can set the filter to ignore small amounts such as $0.99, for example. The "Customers" tab shows which customers have a project price stored, and the "Items" tab shows which items are included in it.

6. Step

[Import files] – a window/dialog box will open, informing you exactly which items are being removed from the project price. You can send this "price difference" overview to yourself by email, print it out, or save it as an Excel file. Click [Close]

now we have an error that we need to fix first. To do this, we open the file again. The error is that no manufacturer code was found, so we enter a manufacturer code

confirm this by pressing Enter and reopen the file, and the error will be fixed

the price in the preview is calculated using the stored center price calculation and stored. This is the price deviation from the imported file

7. Step

examine the file for researchers on bundles and mark them as bundle items. Then create this change item again and select a product group here

confirm the dialogs and save the article. Then delete the change positions and click [Check]. There are no errors.

step 8

Import files. You have now successfully imported a project price
