AI summary in the help desk

With the AI summary in c-entron.NET in the tickets area, you can now optimize internal notes with predefined prompts:

  • Summary:
    Combine almost all internal notes into a logical continuous text containing all important information

  • Current status:
    Analyzes internal notes and reports on the current status and next steps here

  • Chronological sequence:
    Arrange internal notes chronologically to better track the progress of the ticket.

  • Proposed solution:
    Analyzes internal notes and provides suggested solutions and suggestions for the ticket
