AI text verification in simplified ticket billing

With AI text checking, you can now also use the advantages of artificial intelligence in ticket billing.
Review the time descriptions provided by your technicians, have them evaluated and improved.
Maintain complete control over whether you want to monitor everything, individual times, or only certain criteria.
This assistant helps you break down language barriers, appear more professional to your end customers, and save a lot of time and manual work

How AI text checking works

AI text checking is now available in simplified ticket billing

As before, select the times you want to bill and click "Continue."

You are now in the AI text check and can once again select your times individually and set a few options

You can have your times evaluated (from 1-10) and optimize them with AI.
First, decide whether certain actions should be performed if the rating falls below a certain value (default is "7")
You can:
Check descriptions for selection with AI - Here you can evaluate the selected times

Generate text suggestions for selection with AI - Here you can optimize the desired times (optionally only if they fall below a certain value)

Accept AI text suggestion for selection - Only when you accept the suggestion will it be taken into account in the further processing of the ticket billing; otherwise, it is only a kind of preview

Reset descriptions for selection - You can also reset the generated texts at any time (note: this is only possible while you are in the AI text checker)

You can also select a single time at any time to check it explicitly

Here, you only have a reason for the rating for the selected time period, as well as the AI function + the option to manually adjust the text
