Automatic PDF export does not work

With a direct DB connection, this export is performed from your own PC on which c-entron.NET is running.
For web service connections, this export is performed by the server on which the c-entron web service is running.

For web service connection

The path must be set so that the c-entron web service process on the server can access this path.
It should also be noted that the c-entron web service normally runs in the "service context." You may need to store an alternative user in the Windows services so that the process can access the path.

The log file of the c-entron web service also contains information about any errors that occur during this PDF export (if the folder does not exist, is read-only, or cannot be accessed).
The log file is located by default at %programdata%\c-entron software gmbh\c-entron Web-Service\Logs
There, pay attention to the lines that contain "ReportDataBL" as the logger.
If you set the log level to "info," the web service will also write an entry if the PDF export was successful.
