Create individual email template in the contract
With these instructions, you can easily customize email templates in individual contracts—step by step. This is particularly helpful if you need your own specially customized email template for certain contracts.
1. Click on "New version" in the contract

f5677807-89a5-46f0-8c09-67f9780b6383-Unnamed3. The blue "i" icon shows where the email template in the contract comes from. If it says "This email template comes from the contract type," click on "Own template for contract."

8fa39707-905e-4d10-9db0-d91b694c99a7-Unnamed5. If "i" appears during creation, meaning "This email template comes from the contract," then a separate email template is already being used for this contract.

Tip: In the shipping settings, activate the "with preview" option.
In the preview, you will then see the source of the email template in the top right corner above the email window.
There you also have the option of manually editing the email text if necessary before it is sent.
