You can find the index search under Global Settings - Administration - Services.

Automatically create indexes for documents

When this setting is active, indexes for all documents are automatically created via a service.

This means that enabling this setting automatically ensures that indexes are created for all documents in the system to improve search performance and efficiency.

Do not automatically update the index when saving a document

In this case, the index is indexed downstream by the indexing service.

This means that the index is not updated immediately when the document is saved, but with a time delay. A special indexing service performs this task later.

Indexes are structured data that speed up access to information by enabling efficient searching and querying.

NOTE: To ensure that these are updated, the checkbox "Run integrated services" must be selected in the c-entron WebService Connection Manager.
