MSP - Service items in the contract

You can now insert items with the property "has service description" and the "service descriptions" maintained therein into your existing or new contracts. A master sheet is automatically created for each of these "service description items" and assigned to this contract.

These master sheets contain a "Services" tab, where you can find the service descriptions stored for the item with the settings maintained there.

Here you can now make different settings for this service "for this contract," e.g., a different price, or that it is "not included" or similar. This is why this "master sheet" is also required.

If you make changes to the "Service descriptions in the article," you can apply these changes to all master sheets or only to selected ones, as described above. This means that certain master sheets in which you may have made different settings remain unaffected by these "global" changes.

Note:

• For this MSP logic, the item does not need to be "serial number required."

• The checkbox for "Master sheet-related" does not need to be selected in the contract (this is only necessary for contracts with click-based billing).
