MSP service modules - Checkbox "Set duration for technicians"

The new checkbox "Fix duration for technicians" has been added to the service descriptions, which can be used to fix the duration for technicians. If this option is activated, the technician's service time is set to the configured duration for billing purposes, regardless of whether they have recorded too little or too much time.

If this option is enabled, the technician's service time is set to the configured duration during billing, regardless of whether they have recorded too little or too much time.

(In this example, the item "SERKAAZ15" is a DL item with a duration of 15 minutes. As can be seen, the assigned quantity of 8 for this item corresponds to the preset duration of 2 hours.)

1. Example 1 (Technician was quick):

2. 1. Service description has a duration of 2 hours configured

   2. The technician recorded 20 minutes

   3. When billing, the full 2 hours will be charged to the technician

3. Example 2 (technician was slow):

4. 1. Service description has a duration of 2 hours configured

   2. The technician recorded 3.5 hours

   3. Nevertheless, only 2 hours will be charged to the technician when billing.
