Special prices

You can assign special prices to each customer that apply only to them. You can assign a special price either as

• Surcharge on the purchase price,

• Discount on the EVP or

• define a fixed price for certain items.

Special prices may be granted on certain items or groups of goods.

Only one special price can be stored per product group or item. One reason for this is that special prices are applied "automatically" when items are added to the document.

To create a special price, please switch to the "Special prices".

You can now assign a special price to either a specific item or a product group. To assign a specific special price to an item, please search for it using the text field "Item codenow you can specify how the price of this item should be calculated.

To do this, click in the field "Calculationfrom this selection menu, you can choose whether the item

• should receive a fixed percentage surcharge on the purchase price,

• a discount from the EVP in percent or

• a fixed price

should be preserved.

In the field "Percentage/Pricedepending on your selection, you can enter the amount of the discount or surcharge, or enter the fixed price.

In the fields "Valid from", "Valid until" you can define the validity period. If you do not enter a date, the period remains unlimited. In the field "Commentyou can store additional information here.

To apply a special price to a product group, please select the "Product groupselect the product group for which you want to set prices. Once you have selected a product group, you can edit it as described above.

You can maintain the product groups under the menu item Master data -> Product groups.

When you create a new offer for your customer and use one of the above items or product groups,

you will receive the prices you have specified directly.

Special prices can be deleted using the key combination CTRL + DEL
