Spell check

The spell checker in c-entron.NET uses Windows' own spell checker.

Changes to the dictionary are therefore also saved using this proprietary Windows API.
That is, under %Appdata%\Microsoft\Spelling\<language>.
default.dic = Added words
default.exc = Removed words
default.acl = Auto-correction

Attention! These files must be encoded as UTF-16 Little Endian and begin with the byte order mark.
