Standard article "Contract master sheet" for master sheets in contracts
(Available from v2.02401.x)

This ensures that the master sheets appear in contract management as "item" positions with the current billing price. This means that a rental price can now also be billed directly for the main device, giving you the option of billing the rental together with your click contract – in just one position.
This offers you two advantages.
Billing without additional items:
You can now enter, for example, "rent" or "maintenance" for the main device in the master sheet directly as the "contract price" (specify monthly amount) in the master sheet for the main device and do not always have to add one or more additional items to the master sheet or contract, which are then always added as "contract-relevant items" during billing.
Display of prices for all "master sheet-related" items
Previously, no amount was displayed in the contract for the master sheet item, as this was used as "free text."
Now, the "total of all existing contract-related items" is displayed as they exist at the current status.
Example:
So far, the contract has been listed as "0.00" in the master sheet position. This standard item will now show the total for the main device (column "Contract price"), as well as all other "contract-relevant items" in this master sheet, and any other items that may be present, such as meter items (if already available). This gives you a better overview of the "price" that is "expected" for billing by the items that are then inserted (similar to a bill of materials header).
This means that if, for example, you have a contract with many different printers, you can now simply adjust this one item and no longer have to adjust the separate items for the rental and the click counters.
The following was recorded in the master sheet for contract-related items a new "Contract price" field added. With
This field is as "price per month" in the contract invoice used.

In the article settings, it is now possible to specify contract articles for master sheets in contract management.
NOTE: This item must have the "Available" property, but should not the characteristics "Debit," "picking," and "serial number required" possess. And must be stored in the product group "c-entron internal."
Note: Please note: This function is only available after creation. In the master sheet, items requiring serial numbers can also be defined as "contract-relevant."

In contract management, the master sheets now appear as "item" positions with the current billing price.
