Terminate a contract in c-entron

It is irrelevant to c-entron when the customer terminates their contract, as this has no effect on the contract or billing. The decisive factor is always the date on which the termination takes effect and the contract thus ends.

This date is referred to as "Termination date" recorded.

The contract will be billed up to and including this "termination date," taking into account the respective interval. Any variables used will be adjusted accordingly to this date.

You have the option of noting the "terminated on" date, i.e., the date of termination by the customer, in the "Comments" field, for example.

NOTE: The contract is only considered concluded once the "Conclude contract" checkbox has been checked.
