Manual: iSuite Pro App

The iSuite Pro app combines CRM, ERP and Ticket system in a mobile application. This allows all customer, service, and administrative processes to be controlled directly from a smartphone—anytime, anywhere.

1. Registration & Connections

  • When starting for the first time on the Login screen create a connection:

    • Enter name and web service URL

  • Registration with:

    • Username & password (as in ERP or ServiceBoard)

    • Biometric methods (FaceID, fingerprint)

Offline stopwatches

  • Can also be used without registration or the Internet.

  • Activities can be recorded directly: ticket number, customer, description, internal note.

  • Customer signature possible for the time being.

  • Subsequent administration possible after registration.

2. Ticket management

Ticket overview

  • Search for tickets Number.

  • Filter options:

    • Own tickets

    • Open tickets

    • Sort by processor or due date

  • New ticket directly via Plus sign create.

Ticket details

  • Brief description, customer information, description, internal notes.

  • Due dates, times, allocation, and contact persons visible.

  • Status, priority, type, main category, and optional fields (e.g., service modules, contracts).

  • Actions via Gear icon:

    • Create service report

    • Attach images

    • Use checklists

    • Accept, forward, or close ticket

    • View ticket history

Time recording

  • Start/end time, breaks, type (e.g., on-site appointment, remote).

  • Material postings possible.

  • Customer signature directly on the cell phone.

  • Long press enables deletion of stopwatches or time entries.

3. Customer management

  • Complete Address database from the ERP in the app.

  • Search and filter options, including Daily sales display.

Customer details

  • Addresses: Display via Google Maps.

  • Contact person:

    • View and edit data

    • Execute direct mail/call

    • Copy information (press and hold)

    • Save notes and date of birth

    • Create new CRM activity or ticket

  • Reports: Address master-related reports.

  • Documentsorders, quotes, invoices as PDF files.

  • Financesales and open items.

  • Partner & Password Manager (protected with password or biometrics).

  • Master data: Main address, website, contact person.

  • Activities & Ticketsoverview of all open and completed processes.

  • Contractsquick access to current customer contracts.

4. Extras

  • Controllingsales by year, month, day, or specific date.

  • Map viewaddresses via Google Maps.

  • Staff utilizationoverview of colleagues' recorded times.

  • Open positionsoverview of upcoming tasks.

  • Product information:

    • Stock overview with item search (name or item number)

    • Details: Retail price, availability, storage location

  • Serial number information:

    • Search for serial numbers

    • Document history and detailed information per serial number

  • Daily statistics: current sales.

  • To-do list: mirrored from the ERP system – including contracts, invoices, quotes, tickets, and SLA notices.

5. Settings

  • Access via the Gear bottom right.

  • Display of the logged-in account.

  • Options:

    • Enable/disable instant biometric login

    • Log out and log in with another user

6. Summary

The iSuite Pro app offers a complete mobile solution:

  • Ticket systemoverview, editing, history, and time tracking.

  • CRM & ERP: Customer base, documents, finances, contracts.

  • Extras: Controlling, item information, serial numbers, to-do list.
