Create hyperlinks in mail templates

https://c-entron.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/publicknowledgebase/pages/19891187/Hyperlink+in+Mailvorlagen+anlegen ServiceBoard (from version 3.0.2304.56) and SBO now support opening tickets directly from emails.

To create a hyperlink, select the relevant text and right-click to open the context menu. Then select the "Hyperlink..." option. Enter the c-entron variable in the URL field, as shown in the screenshot. For ServiceBoard and ServiceBoard Online, the variables @@SB-Link@@ and @@SBO-Link@@ are available.

To open ticket links in ServiceBoard, the ServiceBoard protocol must be registered. This has been possible for some time, as it was also required for Supremo links in SBO. Please note that you must start ServiceBoard as an administrator to perform this step.

ServiceBoard Online Settings

In order to open ticket links in ServiceBoard Online, c-entron must know how to access the website. To do this, enter the "Service Board Online Link" (the URL to your SBO) in the c-entron settings (under Global Settings – Administration – Documents – Order Processing in the "General" tab).

In order for ticket links to be opened in ServiceBoard Online, c-entron.NET must know how to access the website. This can be entered in the settings for the AVV. It is not necessary to set up the AVV function for this.
