Checklists in tickets

1. Any number of checklists from the templates can be added to tickets.

2. Individual items can be added to the checklists. To do this, please select the title of the checklist.

3. You can also add notes to items

Manage checklist templates

Templates can be managed directly in Service-Board Online. Administrator rights are required for this.

The checklist items can be sorted using drag and drop.

Email notification

1. If the customer makes changes to the ticket, the agents will be informed. 2. A corresponding template has been added to the email templates. Templates are available under "Service Board Online" for users with administrator rights.
