How can you set conditional formatting for a status in the service board?
Example based on the status "Mail from customer":
To do this, right-click on the column header (1) - Conditional Formatting (2) - Highlight Cell Rules (3) - Text Contains (4) - enter the name of the status here (5) - and select the formatting. The checkbox can be used to determine whether this should be applied to the entire row. (6)
Then click [OK] and the formatting will be applied. (7)
