Tickets
In the dashboard, under "Recently edited tickets," an object reference error that occurred when right-clicking on "Move" has been fixed.
If, in the global settings under Ticket - Helpdesk - Time Tracking, travel time is activated as a mandatory entry for an on-site time type and this time type is selected in the ticket, the correct travel time item is now automatically recorded for the user.
The "New" button now remains grayed out or inactive while a new ticket is being created. This prevents multiple new tickets from being created at the same time by clicking repeatedly.
The phone number fields are now filled in correctly and written back to the database.
Tickets 2.0 now supports live updates, so the status in the list is updated within a short time.
If the pause is longer than the duration, the time can no longer be saved. In this case, a corresponding message is displayed.
The issue where tickets without a type were not displayed when grouping tickets by "Type" has been resolved.
The stopwatch is now displayed when a new ticket is created via "New Ticket."
When opening a document in the ticket, the message "Oops, an unknown error has occurred" might have appeared with the log entry "Unhandled exception rendering component: An item with the same key has already been added," which has now been fixed.
